In Sanskrit, Leela means "play," and it carries the profound teaching that life is a dance of creation, destruction, and renewal, guided by the infinite intelligence of the universe.
Leela reminds us that the universe moves in joy, not in effort.
When I first encountered the concept of Leela, it shifted something inside me. How often do we approach life as something to be controlled, mastered, or perfected? Yet, Leela invites us to soften, to see the beauty in the chaos, and to embrace the fluid, playful energy that flows through every moment. It teaches us that we are both participants and spectators in this cosmic dance—a reminder to find joy in simply being.
This channel, The Leela Lens, is my offering to you—and to myself. It’s a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the deeper rhythms of life. Together, we’ll explore themes of balance, self-discovery, and the timeless wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda, but always through the lens of playfulness and authenticity.
